How do you ship your orders?
We ship UPS
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your orders and we will resolve the problem. We are not responsible for problems with your shipment after 24 hours it has been marked Delivered.
How I know when my order ships?
An email with confirmation is sent to you, once your order is shipped you will get an email with tracking information.

Orders are estimated to arrive between 2-7 business days.

Can I make a purchase without having to sign up to your website?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. But if you sign up you will get discount codes and promotional offers
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you have the option of picking up your order
How do I put up my backdrop sign?
Our clients have used double sided tape or fishing string (depending on the backdrop) to put up the signs
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We prefer if you place your order 10 days in advance
